Operate DR

Operate Characteristicss

1. Stateful Deployment (the kubernetes deployment is stateless but only one replica is supported)
2. Have dependency with ElasticSearch.
3. Operate is not Horizontally Scalable. Only one replica is supported.
4. Following data will be lost during DR.
   1. Uncompleted batch operations

Based on dependency on Elasticsearch and Statefull nature, an Active-Passive Approach is better suited.
